California White Sage is a sacred herb to the North American Indians and is used for purification, healing and cleansing. Sage carries the virtues of strength and wisdom, while it banishes evil, it is valued as an aromatic herb and burned as incense.
The aromatic herb has been used for centuries as incense and in smudge pots for ceremonial use and also has the common name of white ceremonial sage.

Worry Dolls
There is a legend amongst the Highland Indian villages of South America. If you have a problem, then share it with a worry doll. Before going to bed, tell one worry to each doll. Then place them beneath your pillow. whilst you sleep, the doll takes you worries away.

Worry dolls are handmade in Columbia from a variety of fabrics. they measure approx 5 cm (2inches) tall. Each doll comes with ' a don't worry, be happy instruction card and a travel pouch for the doll.
