Please allow 5 days for delivery to an Irish address .  If items are not in stock and/or we are waiting for stock, items will be dispatched as soon as we receive them, and you will be kept updated on the progress of your order.

Delivery to the rest of the world, please choose your items and request collection from shop at checkout, and we will contact you by email.

If an item is damaged or broken on receipt, please notify us within 48 hours and we will arrange for replacement or refund. We will require photographic images of breakages and may arrange for item to be returned to us.

Please ensure that you have provided us with your current contact details i.e. telephone number and email address, so that we can address matters promptly.

If you wish to return an item because you are unhappy with it, we will gladly arrange for a refund or exchange if we are notified within 14 days of receipt.  All items must be returned unopened and in the original and undamaged packaging. Once the item for return is received by us in good condition, we will arrange to put our refund process into operation and will keep you updated.
